Let us count the ways …

Jenny Craig, LCSW, BCD
“Forgiveness is a powerful tool we can use to reconnect to our inner power.”
Jenny has a background in neurology and psychology. She is an international coach at Insite Strategist and the creator of the Live Your Power™ program. She hosts the Live Your Power Hour, writes the Ask Jenny column, and has published several self-empowering books such as “Weighing Your Options,” “Live Your Power – Tools to battle your inner bully,” and “I am Brilliant,” a children’s book. She is also the creator of the “I am grateful for…”™ ring, which is designed to train the brain to focus on positive thoughts and improve the sense of well-being.
In “Women Will Save the World,” Jenny shares the beauty of her natural inner wisdom as she tells how she came to live authentically in her own power. She exalts forgiveness and gratitude, and because of her education, she can give a scientific context to the power of positive thinking.
How she continues to save the world today:
Jenny has just finished a six week Grateful Ring™ curriculum. She will be partnering with nonprofits to get the curriculum into schools. It is designed to take leaders on a journey into the mind and body to discover the steps needed to make positive changes. In terms anyone can understand, neurological and psychological secrets are uncovered in order to change habits of the mind, boost self-confidence, how to lower stress, and how to maintain a positive attitude in daily life.
The Ring on the Big Screen:
Gary Goldstein, the producer of “Pretty Woman” wears the Grateful Ring™ in his latest documentary as does Zoe Myers in the film “Perdition.”
